Tom has a long record of serving the Chino Valley community and supporting the public safety professionals who protect it. As a longtime local business owner, former Chino City Councilmember and current Fire Board Director, he brings valuable experience, sound judgment and a strong understanding of the needs of our growing community.

Throughout his years of public service, Tom has consistently made public safety a priority. During his time on the Chino City Council, he worked to ensure police and fire services had the funding and resources necessary to serve the community effectively. He has carried that commitment with him to the Fire Board.

As firefighters, we know firsthand that providing exceptional emergency services requires more than simply responding when someone calls 911. It requires planning for the future, investing in modern equipment and technology, maintaining adequate staffing and ensuring firefighters have the training and resources necessary to respond safely and effectively.

Tom understands those needs while also recognizing the responsibility that comes with managing taxpayer dollars. His experience in both business and local government gives him an important perspective when making decisions that impact the long-term strength and financial stability of the Fire District.
